All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully confirmed. Once your order is received, our team begins reviewing item availability, verifying order details, preparing products, and securely packaging your purchase for shipment.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. During busy shopping periods or promotional events, order preparation may occasionally take additional time.
We always strive to dispatch every order as quickly as possible while maintaining careful quality checks before shipment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer a simple flat-rate shipping fee for all eligible orders. Delivery estimates begin once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier.

Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day. Orders submitted after this time will be moved to the next business day’s fulfillment schedule.
