At Cruzpe, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after purchase. We work quickly to process orders, but we will always do our best to assist when changes are requested in time.

Orders Already Shipped
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer available.
At that point, shipping information has been finalized and the order is already in transit.
