How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to cart, and proceed to checkout using one of our accepted payment methods.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Standard delivery usually takes 2–6 business days after dispatch.

How much is shipping?
We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $5.99.

What is your order cut-off time?
Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Which carriers do you use?
We ship through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on destination and availability.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, international shipping is not available.

Tracking

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details and shipment updates.

My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
Tracking may take time to refresh after carrier pickup. If there has been no update for an unusual period, please contact us.

My package says delivered but I cannot find it.
Please check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, apartment office, or reception desk first. Then contact us if further help is needed.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal and Venmo.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers using secure systems.

Why was my payment declined?

Approved refunds are processed within up to 12 business days after the returned item is received and reviewed.

Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.
