Cruzpe restricts transaction systems to secure checkouts via verified payment processors. We aim to keep checkout straightforward while providing customers with a smooth and familiar way to complete their orders.
1. Available Payment Methods
At Cruzpe, we integrate verified payment processors including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Venmo across our storefront checkout interface.
Verified Processors
Customers can complete eligible purchases using major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or alternative digital payment options (PayPal, Venmo) during the checkout process.
2. How Checkout Works
When you proceed to checkout, your payment is handled securely through encrypted payment gateways.
Check your selected products, quantities, shipping address, and order total before continuing to payment.
Choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo) and enter your details securely.
Follow the payment prompts and wait for the order confirmation page after successful payment.
3. Payment Confirmation
An order is considered successfully paid once payment authorization is confirmed. Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is successfully confirmed.
Important: If a payment process is interrupted or not completed, the order will not be successfully submitted or dispatched.
4. Order Total & Payment Currency
Product prices and applicable order charges displayed by Cruzpe are presented in U.S. Dollars (USD).

5. Payment Security
Payment information is processed through secure, encrypted checkout environments. Customers should never send full payment card details or account passwords to Cruzpe by email.
Security reminder: Cruzpe will never request your passwords, security PINs, or full payment credentials via email.
6. Refunds & Payment Reversals
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 12 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout.
